At Kūlaniākea, early childhood education is a dance of harmony, intention, and deep Hawaiian cultural grounding. As a Teacher Assistant, you are the steady foundation and vigilant eyes of the classroom; anticipating the needs of our keiki, silently moving in sync with the Lead Teacher, and modeling peaceful, positive energy every day. This role calls for a fluent Hawaiian speaker who thrives in a collaborative, active environment and holds a deep devotion to maintaining safe, beautiful, and nurturing spaces for our children to grow. Language Requirement: Native or high fluency in Olelo Hawaiʻi required.
